Shipping & Tax Policy

Disclaimers:

*Declarations/Customs forms will be filled out according to Australian Consumer Law; accurate retail value of the pin will be reflected on all forms; I will NOT agree to change it. International buyers are responsible for any excess charges/taxes charged at the point of delivery.

**Tax is charged at checkout, however only accounts for Australian requirements (10% GST), any additional/outstanding VAT etc charged is the responsibility of the buyer. 

***COVID 19 has severely impacted postal services worldwide. Delivery times are estimates ONLY and are subject to further delays and interruptions. Please be patient, items held up in customs or delayed due to flight cancellations/delays are not the sellers fault.

All items will be sent via Australia Post

(the affiliate of USPS).

If in future cheaper alternatives become available, only trusted carriers will be used. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are a pre discounted/capped rate. Requests for further discounts on international shipping rates will NOT be accepted as I already lower the cost of international shipping out of my own pocket. 

If you would like me to hold items to save you on shipping, please advise me as soon as possible. This will be undertaken at my discretion where presales are concerned due to production times. 

Due to the high cost of international shipping and ever increasing rates; Items will be shipped using the most economic method. This will be undertaken at my discretion based on comparisons of current tracked and untracked rates on the item purchased.

A unique AusPost tracking/consignment number and confirmation/proof of lodgement will always be available/provided to you after your order is processed.

However; your item may NOT come with detailed tracking updates. If your item does not arrive within a reasonable time (see ***) please contact me with your order number and I will do my best to assist. 

*Disclaimer: all items are shipped according to the exact address you the buyer provide at checkout; if your item is returned to sender and it is not my error, I will gladly re-send your item to you again after payment of the shipping costs, which I will invoice to you via the details provided on your order.

If you do not pay your invoice to have the item shipped again within 7 days I will refund you the cost of your order minus the 1st shipping amount within maximum 30 days and your item may be added back to my store/stock and resold at that time.

 

Please be advised; once an item has been released by the Australian Border Force and scanned out of the Australian international terminal as being 'in transit to the destination country' it is no longer the responsibility of Australia Post or the seller unless it is returned to me by the carrier. 

 

Presale items lost or damaged in transit are eligible for replacement. If a replacement is sent and the original is received later you will be expected to purchase or return the extra items. If your item arrives damaged, proof will be required before a replacement will be shipped. 

In-Hand Items lost or damaged by affiliate carriers in destination countries will NOT be replaced or refunded due to stock restraints.

I cannot guarantee In-Hand items will have stock available to provide replacements and I will not be held liable for the actions of affiliated international postage services which may lead to the loss or damage of items in transit. 

All items are shipped with sufficient, eco friendly, protective packaging. 

 

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing, as I work a full-time job & do volunteer work on weekends.
