Presale Trading Policy 

DO NOT Pre-Trade on any art or presale designs until production on that design is confirmed via updates. 

I do not have a crystal ball; anything could happen to pins during production and presale trades may be affected by common issues during the manufacturing process.

Errors during production are common and may cause delays. 

Errors during production may not be found until they are In-Hand.

No Product is 100 % confirmed until I Grade each and every pin in-hand and until such time as the flaw rate is determined, products may require remakes or compensation which could affect presale trades. 

Please be respectful of your peers in the pin community and do not engage in this dangerous behaviour.

 

*Disclaimer: As the creator I reserve the right to pre-trade my own designs and make my own guarantees regarding the product that will be provided to complete the trade.

**I do not accept any liability for failed third party Pre-Trading nor do I accept responsibility for any third party Pre sale trades using my designs (successful or not). All presale trades are organised at the risk of all parties involved in the transaction.

 

Re-Sale Policy

As a creator and small business owner my goal is to have my products which i design with love go to their forever homes to be cherished. 

I do not condone scalping on Products I have produced. 

I cannot control what you do with items you have bought; but out of courtesy and respect for my small business;

Please consider trading or selling my designs at cost (or lower) if you must.

Think of it this way - Selling a pin that is still in stock is singlehandedly preventing a creator making back the money they invested in their own work. You are making a profit on someone else's hard work and time when they may not have made a profit yet themselves or broken even yet. 

I will not tolerate purchasing my pins only to resell for higher than the prices I set on third party sites i.e.: Instagram, Mercari, Facebook, eBay etc. 

If I become aware of someone engaging in this type of behaviour I reserve the right to ban such individuals from my page and future sales. 

If you must mark up; Do NOT be re-sell my pins second hand for more than 15% of my set price in USD. I check Re-Sale sites and Instagram often. 

I try to keep my pricing fair. Scalping, Auctions etc go against everything my business stands for regarding accessibility. 

I cannot keep creating without your support, please consider this before you attempt to resell pins I still have in stock. 

 

Etiquette Policy

Be respectful and kind! Treat others how you would like to be treated. 

You expect professionalism, politeness and kindness from me and I expect the same from you. 

I will not tolerate rude, abusive or derogatory behaviour or comments. 

I will not tolerate entitled or expectant behaviour regarding sales.

I will not tolerate snide remarks regarding, my art/designs, production updates, or trades involving my designs. 

There is a place for constructive criticism, if you genuinely notice an issue please contact me respectfully about it. 

I will NOT tolerate questioning or derogatory comments regarding prices.

I do my best to set fair prices and provide payment flexibility while also covering my time and out of pocket costs.

As the artist, I have to account for my time designing each piece and give a value to my work, I make every effort to ensure each design translates perfectly into a beautiful final product.

I also dedicate hours of my time to dealing with manufacturers, grading products, packing & shipping products to their forever homes. 

Size, number of colours, detail of print, effects, back stamps, shipping from China to Australia and other potentially unforeseen costs from the manufacturer (requiring remakes, production edits/errors, moving factories due to quality) all factor into the prices I set for each individual pin.
