What is a Presale?
Presales are done in two ways.
The first is via private groups on Instagram where I provide early access to purchase pins;
The second is a public presale open to anyone.
Unless LE is specified in advance, all pins are Open Presale and will be available for a set time to pre order (see Instagram for countdowns and more info).
All designs are also considered LR (Limited Release) and can have a potential restock ONLY if there is demand and is at my discretion. Be advised: As a small creator restocks on most designs are not likely.
Pins that do not meet the minimum requirements for funding will still be made in heavily reduced quantities. and will be self funded in my own time at my discretion.
Any extras once presale requirements are met will be sold publicly.
What happens when I buy a pin at presale?
By purchasing a presale pin you are guaranteed first access to that pin once it is manufactured and received.
Presales are essentially an investment that puts the pins into production.
What grade do I get if I buy a presale pin?
Upon completion presale buyers will receive an A grade pin (for information on grading see my pin grading policies page).
Pins purchased at presale will be shipped out before in hand pins are put up for public sale
What happens if I miss out on buying a pin at presale? Will there be more?
If you miss a presale don't worry I will always have some extras in hand! However there is no guarantee!
Purchasing Open Presales guarantee you a pin
so be cautious if you are waiting for in hand, I may not have much stock or the grade you are hoping for.
*Disclaimer: Pins are Limited Release (LR), so if there is high demand after all the original pins have sold out, I am not opposed to a second production run.
How long does production take?
How long is a piece of string?
Production depends on the manufacturer and the detail in the design. Enamel pins are handmade, so the more detailed it is, the longer it takes, the same can be said for colours and effects; it all adds up.
Updates will be posted on my Instagram; but please be aware manufacturers communicate intermittently at best. If you are not comfortable with this, please do not buy presale pins as they cannot be refunded (see below).
What does Open Presale, LR, LE and OE mean?
Open Presale - Means the presale will be only be available for a set time frame, all orders placed determine the batch size I order from the manufacturer.
You are guaranteed a pin and the highest grade available.

In hand drops will have limited stock; only a few leftover pins of varying grades (depending on batch quality limited A grades- more B & C grades left as presale buyers all receive A Grades).
