Installments are only available upon request via my Instagram and are granted at my discretion to trusted buyers.

*Disclaimer: Failure to complete installments within a reasonable time, failure to communicate with me regarding delays and failure to make genuine efforts to complete payment of installments may result in your payments being refunded and your pin being sold to someone else at my discretion. 

Presale countdowns will be posted on my Instagram with plenty of prior warning via art releases, etc.

All art posted doubles as 'Proof'

All art is created in Vector format (Affinity Designer) and is used on the final proofs provided by my manufacturers before production begins. All Pantones are selected by hand using the official Pantone Connect app or official book and will only vary slightly from the original Vector art (due to Pantone constraints).

Presales may take place on art alone- Proofs and Pin samples will be produced and approved before pins are mass produced; updates will be provided on my support account & public page and to any relevant private presale groups with explanations on any changes/edits required before the item is approved for mass production. 

 

Commitment Groups

Claiming a spot in a commitment group is a contract between you the buyer and I as the seller. 

You agree to purchase all pins specified as 'Commitment' for that group (this does not include pins identified as 'Chasers' in a series) 

All designs will be posted in the group and installments will be available at my discretion to make completing purchase of commitment pins less stressful.

Failure to Purchase commitment items in the timeframe provided is grounds for removal from any and all commitment groups and may result in a ban on joining future groups; I will not chase you for payments.

If you require an extension or installment please contact me to discuss your needs. Extensions and installments will be granted at my discretion.

If you are a member of a commitment group and leave unannounced you will be automatically blacklisted and banned from joining any and all future groups.

If you join a series commitment group and decide you do not wish to purchase the next pin in the series you will be removed and blacklisted from joining future commitment groups

Compassionate release from commitment groups will be granted with no consequences to the buyer, this is an honesty based policy.

 

Do not share art or information from PRIVATE Groups that has not been posted publicly on my Instagram. The same goes for concepts discussed within Groups. Once it is made public then you are free to share it (unless otherwise stated). 

Any artwork shared, should be with credit.

Do not screenshot or share group conversations unless everybody in it expressly consents. Only myself or my authorised admins have the authority to screenshot conversations within groups. Upon entry to the chat, consent is automatically given to myself & authorised admins.

Commitment groups will be provided their own private area on my site with a unique password. All presales will be posted for purchase on that page and members must put their name in the notes or provide me their order number so their purchase can be recorded as complete in accordance with commitment requirements.

Group Members will have access to presale prices up until the Public in-hand drop. At that point, pins are available at in hand retail price.

All commitment pins are minimum 1 per person, you are welcome to purchase more than one pin (unless stated otherwise).
