REFUNDS:

PRESALES:

Please be aware refunds will not be issued on presale transactions for changing your mind or because you are not comfortable with waiting until manufacturing is complete.

Presales help fund production of the pin, treat it like an investment; the return is you receive your pin once it is completed.  All pins that undergo presale will be made; if presale does not fund costs completely they will be self funded at my discretion when I can afford to do so or a refund will be  provided 

IN HAND:

If your pin has not been shipped, I can issue a refund (minus transaction fees and shipping fee if I create a label), however once it has been posted I will only issue refunds for legitimate reasons per Australian Consumer Law. 

RETURNS: 

For information on your rights regarding criteria for returns, replacements and repairs, please visit the ACCC  or Fair Trading websites. 

Please be aware that I am not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping between Australia and the destination. Nor am I responsible for loss or theft. 

That does not mean I am unwilling to assist you, please feel free to contact me and we can discuss. I truly believe policy should be used as a framework to help buyers rather than something to hide behind when an issue arises. I will always do my utmost to ensure the best possible outcome. 

 

*DISCLAIMER :

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for pins expressly stated to be flawed (B & C grade). If you are not comfortable with purchasing a flawed pin please use discretion- Caveat emptor (Let the buyer beware- aka sold as is) 

 
 

Grading Policy

Pins are graded once in hand. The grading process is based on physical defects... please keep the following in mind. 

Pin molds are made by machine, colours and print are done by hand and UV print by machine, please keep this in mind when purchasing! No pin is 100% perfect as they are all handmade. 

STANDARD GRADE/ A GRADE:

Flawless or with extremely minor, difficult to see imperfections. 

For example: Light scuffing that can only be seen from an angle, slightly under filled enamel or something you need a magnifying glass to spot. 

MINOR FLAWED/ B GRADE: 

Slightly Noticeable flaws and imperfections 

For example: scratches, slight screen print defects, pinpricks, enamel dips, under filled enamel that can be seen head on. (if the flaw occurs on a face I will most likely grade it as C) 

MAJOR FLAWED/ C GRADE: 

Pins with visible flaws 

For example: gouges, pinpricks, scratches, small incorrect colour fill, missing fill, minor screen print defects, flaws that occur on faces

(I will either post photos of C Grade flaws on Instagram before the drop OR make separate listings for C grade pins depending on flaw with photos)

ANYTHING BELOW C GRADE:

Will not be sold, though it may be recycled into a magnet, keychain or other item. 

Flaws on the backs of pins are not taken into consideration when grading (unless the back stamp is in some way important or there is an issue with the post); Issues with plating will only be considered a flaw if it is on the front or edge of a pin; not the back. 

Disclaimer: all items sold are fantasy designs, They are not to be associated with any company but my own and cannot be traded or sold in the Parks. All art and designs are fan art. 



 

ITA BAG GRADING: 

all ITA grading is based on noticeable physical defects. All bags are handmade and subject to small flaws in various areas such as scuffing to the material or PVC window, misprints, loose thread etc. 

Presale buyers receive 'standard' A grades (see definition above)

 
 

Shipping & Tax Policy

Disclaimers:

*Declarations/Customs forms will be filled out according to Australian Consumer Law; accurate retail value of the pin will be reflected on all forms; I will NOT agree to change it. International buyers are responsible for any excess charges/taxes charged at the point of delivery.

**Tax is charged at checkout, however only accounts for Australian requirements (10% GST), any additional/outstanding VAT etc charged is the responsibility of the buyer. 

***COVID 19 has severely impacted postal services worldwide. Delivery times are estimates ONLY and are subject to further delays and interruptions. Please be patient, items held up in customs or delayed due to flight cancellations/delays are not the sellers fault.

ALL ITEMS WILL BE SENT VIA AUSTRALIA POST (THE AFFILIATE OF USPS).

If in future cheaper alternatives become available, only trusted carriers will be used. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are a pre discounted/capped rate. Requests for further discounts on international shipping rates will NOT be accepted as I already lower the cost of international shipping out of my own pocket. 

If you would like me to hold items to save you on shipping, please advise me as soon as possible. This will be undertaken at my discretion where presales are concerned due to production times. 

Due to the high cost of international shipping and ever increasing rates; Items will be shipped using the most economic method. This will be undertaken at my discretion based on comparisons of current tracked and untracked rates on the item purchased.

A unique AusPost tracking/consignment number and confirmation/proof of lodgement will always be available/provided to you after your order is processed.

However; your item may NOT come with detailed tracking updates. If your item does not arrive within a reasonable time (see ***) please contact me with your order number and I will do my best to assist. 

 

Please be advised; once an item has been released by the Australian Border Force and scanned out of the Australian international terminal as being 'in transit to the destination country' it is no longer the responsibility of Australia Post or the seller. 

 

Presale items lost or damaged in transit are eligible for replacement. If a replacement is sent and the original is received later you will be expected to purchase or return the extra items. If your item arrives damaged, proof will be required before a replacement will be shipped. 

In-Hand Items lost or damaged by affiliate carriers in destination countries will NOT be replaced or refunded due to stock restraints.

I cannot guarantee In-Hand items will have stock available to provide replacements and I will not be held liable for the actions of affiliated international postage services which may lead to the loss or damage of items in transit. 

All items are shipped with sufficient, eco friendly, protective packaging. 

 
Please allow 5-10 business days for processing, as I work a full-time job & do volunteer work on weekends.
