*Please be aware refunds will not be issued on presale transactions for changing your mind or because you are not comfortable with waiting until manufacturing is complete. 
** Please read all policies carefully- I am not responsible for damage occurred during shipping or loss and theft.

 

Presales help fund production of the pin, treat it like an investment; the return is you receive your pin once it is completed. 

All pins that undergo presale will be made; if presale does not fund costs completely they will be self funded at my discretion when I can afford to do so; or a refund will be provided.

If you are unhappy with your presale item upon receipt please contact me via Instagram or my Contact Page.
Once the flaw or issue has been assessed, if you still wish to keep it, I may offer a partial refund to match the price of a lower grade pin, an exchange where available, or, a discount voucher on a new pin of your choosing.

I will only be offering/issuing a full refund if the pin cannot be replaced and the flaw after examination qualifies for a refund at my discretion, on a case by case basis.

 

In hand:

If your pin has not been shipped, I can issue a refund (minus transaction fees and shipping fees if I create a label), however once it has been posted I will only issue refunds for legitimate reasons per Australian Consumer Law. 

 

Returns: 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

**Disclaimer: Please be aware that I am not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping between Australia and the destination. Nor am I responsible for loss or theft. I cannot guarantee replacements on in hand items (see shipping policy).

That does not mean I am unwilling to assist you, please feel free to contact me and we can discuss. I truly believe policy should be used as a framework to help buyers rather than something to hide behind when an issue arises. I will always do my utmost to ensure the best possible outcome.

Returns and refunds will NOT be accepted for pins expressly stated to be flawed (B & C grade). If you are not comfortable with purchasing a flawed pin please use discretion- Caveat emptor (Let the buyer beware- aka sold as is).
